Performs administrative and office support activities for multiple
supervisors. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, 
word processing, creating spreadsheets and as well as Internet research abilities and

associate. 
Duties & Responsibilities
● Responsible for producing high quality presenta on work in Word, PowerPoint and 
Excel
● Respond to, on behalf of the manager, straigh orward correspondence, queries and 
enquiries within established guidelines.
● Arrange on request: appointments, visits and travel arrangements for the Team and 
keep their diaries up‐to‐date.
●  Co‐ordinate  arrangements  for  a  variety  of  meetings,  internally and  externally, 
assembling appropriate material, as required, to ensure the smooth running of these 
meetings.
● Maintain and update as required, a filing system which ensure that documentation is 
easily retrievable. 
●  Handle  department  needs  in  coordination  with  other  functions  in  an  organized 
manner
