INTRODUCTION:
8. Over the past 2 decades, there has been improvement in healthcare
and subsequently.
Life expectancy at birth have improved but we all know that we just
read about: the inventors, innovators and work hard in classroom to
master their names, have you thought of solving an existing
problem? Or documenting any piece of your thought?
However, the adult mortality rate is increased… …very reluctant we
seem to be.… t his is the existing problem, what can we do?
Emergence of more antibiotic Resistant Microorganisms. As a
student or medic or pharmacist what’s your thought? Are we
waiting our big brothers from…..?
CURRENT HEALTH STATUS
9. • This concept: future of
pharmacy, future of calls
everyone who recently
joined college, interns
and doctors practicing at
the various fields of
pharmacy. What do you
think is going to be the
future of your
profession?
10. • IRON SHARPENS SO THE PHARMACIST
SHARPENS THE OTHER.
• let’s look key people running medical sectors,
lets look of the number of medics brought in
to offer more training or seminars or such,
• Someone has to board a plane, why?
• We work hard to make sure we secure highest
job in the leading pharmaceutical company
but become too lazy to pray to God to enable
us run our own companies. Are we serious?
11. • So as to make sure we are on the same page
and for the sake of our brothers and sisters
who just joined pharmacy, We are going to
take only 3 minutes to go through the basic
before embarking on big fish.

20. NOW, we all acknowledge the fact that social media is a
vital avenue of disseminating info.
SOCIAL MEDIA MISCONCEPTIONS AND DILUTION OF
FACTS.
As a professional, does your social media reflect the
investment made all through the years you were in
school? THE SOCIETY IS HUNGRY FOR QUALITY
REALIBLE INFORMATION.
Its clear that inventors spend most of their time speaking
out their mind, it not that they are very smart than us,
its JUST THAT WE DON’T SPEAK OUT OURS, that is, we
don’t bother to invest.
24. • To highlight the Urgent need to translate
current Pharmacists from qualified
practitioner to a team of Scientists and
Inventors.
• To stir up the need for online and more
mentorship program in the country.
• To sharpen our brothers & sisters who are
coming after us.
Objective of the Webinar to be conducted this
Sunday, 31 OCT 2021.
25. Urgent Need.
• We have thinkers,
we have, we have
inventors but our
key problem is
documentation,
its alarming that
at this era there is
little
development in
professional
documentation
26. • Research could be expensive, unaffordable
and time consuming but that’s how life is.
• Have several seeds broadcasted on your mind
little by little and they will grow.
• Finally you shall Prowess and ALLAH richly
bless your minds and works of hand.
• From the global pandemic, research and a
composure of thoughts, it’s not enough to
continue normally. Educate the society,
invent, and invest
27. I AM THE CAUSE, I WILL NO LONGER BE SILENT.
Its not that some guys on the other side of the
world are smarter than us but its because they
NAPOLEON BONAPARTE:
“….not because the violence of bad people. But
because of the silence of the good people.”
Currently medics are fighting covid19 by day and
fighting misconception created by social media.
28. • We don’t write our own stories, our own
medical content, our own quotes.
• Chemist entrepreneurs are non-pharmacist,
we are being used to just provide license
• Chemist should be attached to hospices,
chemotherapy and physiotherapy.
29. • Scholars just post birthday, places, hotels they
visited, joined college, engaged, married and
nothing about their profession, it’s a great
disconnect that should be routed out
32. • Mentally stable society of pharmacists.
• Individual websites and documentaries regardless of
our level in the line of professionalism.
• Train our children on the basic skills that are
compatible with our profession, incase they will earn
passion, they can do far much better than us.
• Equip them with skills that wherever they go they are
able to do according to the skill learned or facilitated
by the parent.
• Love conducting personal research
• There urgent need to translate our knowledge from our
minds into books, websites and other platforms that
would be very relevant to the society.
33. • Learn and prepare for the future way ahead of
everyone else.
• There is a rising need for personal doctors.
Here pharmacists are not excluded, those with
cancers,
• There is need to start up various hospices,
physiotherapy chemotherapy units alongside
with chemists.
34.
35. A pharmacists carries the whole round know
how of drugs, meaning all invention and
innovation in drugs should come so much
from these drug experts
But, we tend to join hands with comedians and
world of politics, to post to much of memes
and forgetting to grow our tools of
disseminating our know to the society.
New disease
36.
37. To increase skills, relevancy and competency.
To work beyond the field of specialization. Nearly
all scholars are multi-tasked individuals.
To operate on a problem- solving mechanism.
Documentation of our small piece of thought.
Communicate our thoughts to the society,
science is useless if left at the corridors of our
minds. I mean, documentation is paramount and
proper articulation.
Together we can do it.
The future demands of us:
38. Time is now, regardless of your level, if you are
good at what you do then YOU MIGHT BE THE
RIGHTFULLY FIT IN
• Communicative pharmacist
• Willing to mentor and hold up our society.
• Let us mentor ourselves.
• Let us infest on writing our own quotes and
record our own documentaries along our study/
work and plan to invest our minds on how we
going to transform ourselves into investors.
