The workflow of documents has eased up considerably as far as
labs, Rx and other patient records go. The best thing is the
reminder and task list that allows everyone to know what is
happening, and who is working on what with a patient. This helps
address patient concerns very quickly and allows proper followup.
IMS decreased the amount of clutter and paperwork out and
about. Now instead of having to search high and low for a paper,
