7. Workshop Objectives
Participants are introduced to the three primary
brain networks involved in the process of learning. Then, educators reflect on cur
rent pedagogical practices to identify how those practices are addressing
each of these three networks, simultaneously identifying how learners might
be excluded in these practices. Finally, collaborating in guided mentorship,
participants envision ways to adapt the those practices to be inclusive all learners.
Each participant will create an individualized lesson plan that incorporates UDL.
