Overall Kelly does a good job, he is very knowledgeable in his position and completes his daily tasks
without prompting. I would like to see Kelly participate more in Roadmap by helping his team gather
and report data. I also believe that Kelly has drive to learn more, I encourage Kelly to review his
current position and ask himself if he would like to do more by pursuing a higher grade position.
