Aims
 Create the habit, within the students, of reading in
a playful and joyful way.
 Get students to produce their own portfolio, so that
both parents and students themselves can
visualize their progress.
 Replace the 2nd Progress Check Test for the
annual groups.
 Popcorn and Fun Compulsory
 Connection upwards optional
 Assess students in a more realistic way through
assessment not only via the assignment but also
after every lesson in which they work with the book.
Primary Reader’s Assignment
 Pictionary – Choose 5-10 new words
from the book and draw or cut and
paste the picture.
 Draw and describe your favourite
character.
 Write a different ending for the story.
 Re-tell the story with pictures.
Assessment
The assessment must be continuous as
it is the key of the project.
