Supply chain operation at Escravos South Warehouse:
Material verification, inventory control, physical and system (JDE) material
receipt, stacking, issuing and preservation. Work included packaging for
shipment to end users.
Liaised with construction services group, (CSG) to meet construction and
maintenance work order deadlines by ensuring correct identification,
selection, grouping and shipping of materials.
Warehouse material requests (sales and work orders) were daily processed
and material inventory daily monitored and updated through daily transaction,

weekly cumulative transaction and cycle counts.
Material identification and verification during receipt and issuance to end

Attended JDE ERP system training
Resolution of daily transaction reports to ensure system inventory on JDE
enterprise resource planning tool tallies with physical inventory on shelf.

valves of different types and sizes, reducers, blanks, nipples, weldolets and
fasteners were daily physically received and system-received on JDE.
Proper housekeeping and stacking of received and issued materials.
Worked extensively on material handling and preservation methods for studs
and shafts (rust prevention). Worked with warehouse supervisor Mr. Mayuku,
Godfrey to execute proper preservation of compressors and motors stocked
at the Escravos South warehouse.
