Projects handled at IFFCO- TOKIO
(1) IT Vendor Management:
• Responsible for all the delivery of Rate Contract, new IT Hardware and Software
purchases, Renewals of Software Licenses, AMC’s, Rate contract.
• Part of Vendor Management Committee, representing IT. The committee has
members from Finance & Administration & IT.
• Responsible for interacting with vendors for Price Negotiation and clearance of
Invoices for all IT related activities as per the PO terms and conditions. Interacting
with Finance and Administration team for the same.
• Responsible for working on the quarterly IT Expenditure and Revenue details, report
to be submitted to CIO.
• Responsible for Maintaining IT Software and Hardware Inventory details.
• Responsible for maintaining and monitoring Software Licensing inventory so as to
avoid compliance issues. Communicating with Vendors to understand the licesing
issues for the organizations.
(2) BA Role:
• Requirement gathering from Motor and Health teams for new Projects and CR’s.
Providing IT Project‘s updates to the stakeholders. Part of the Application Owner
Committee (AOC) formed of Senior Management people.
• Working with Business Process team for documentation and training the end-users
for using of Technology wihin the organization.
• Part of PMO responsible for getting the Timesheet updated by IT vendors on weekly
basis and updating CIO about the progress of the Project.
(3) Additional Responsibilities:
• Responsible for maintaining Employee Timesheet of all the outsourced Vendors
within IT and updating to the CIO.
• Responsible for the implementation of Bio-Matrix registration for all outsourced
employees within IT.
• Working on Application Monitoring solution with TCS for monitoring all the
technologies at Application/DB/OS/Network layer. Responsible for organizing team
meetings from all IT sub-division heads and TCS. Addressing all the queries raised in
MOM with Team Leads and the vendor. Working on the proposal and the pricing in
co-ordination with IT once the Solution is approved by Technical Leads.
(4) Siebel CRM Renewal Production Support
• Responsible for resolving the IT support issues for insurance renewals of Motor
policies.
• Co-ordinating with development team for major support issues.
• Responsible for generation of Bulk renewal notices through execution of Siebel CRM
batches.
• Responsible for procurement of Oracle Siebel CRM (Base + Agent Portal) Licenses
and also for license renewals.
• Understanding of the CRM system flow for the claims and receipting module along
with motor renewals.
(5) In-house developed application Human Resource Management System (Leave System)
• Invloved in HRMS(Leave System) integration with Bio-metric machine for functional
support.

• C0-ordinating with the technical team for the generation of reports as required by
the top management.
• Documentaton of the work flow and ensuring that all employees must follow and
understand the work flow of the software PAN India.
• Co-ordinating with the infrastructure team ensuring that the application is properly
installed on employees machine PAN India.
(6) Inhouse developed application Inventory Management System(IMS)
• Involved in functional support of IMS integration from the existing IT hardware inventory
in excel.
• Gathering requirements from the Infrastructure team for the data flow.
• Ensuring proper implementation and updation of Gate Pass System,PO
Generation,Software Inventory data flow in the system.
• Documentaton of the work flow and ensuring that all employees must follow and
understand the work flow of the software PAN India.

inventory.
