2.  Project Pragati (November 2014 – May 2015) – Head ofOperations
Project Pragati aims at uplifting the transgender community and eliminating the
stigma associatedwith them by providing them with employment. To me et this
objective, Project Pragati is in the process of establishing an organic cosmetic
brand, employing transgenders in the manufacturing of these products, in the
first phase with a goal of establishing it as a self-sustaining business run by the
transgender community in the second phase.
Project Progress:
· Completed R&D of our first product, an organic lipbalm
· Provided training to two transgenders in manufacturing these products.

International Undergraduate Management Competition 2015 was the first-ever
