The house is placed in the plot in accordance to Local

The distance taken from the building to the
neighbours boundaries = 2.5 meters.
Road Boundaries = 5.0 meters.
The house is placed in a way that makes sure the
inhabitants gets the best of the plot's benifits,
considering view and sunlight. We also made sure

Changes in the Multi-purpose hall:
- We change general design of wooden part of the Multi-purpose hall, as the client don’t like it.
- We add toilets with easy access from café and meeting rooms.
- We add reception and garden with green wall as well.
- We rearranged toilets and rooms in accordance to Building Regulations 2018
- We add some doors to allow easy access to rooms and in case of fire fast access to exits and rescue openings.

Overview
Architecture
The building facade will consist of red masonry with black
windows,
while the staircase and elevator shaft will have a finish of black
eternity.
It will have shed roof on top of two apartments which are
situated on the left and right side of the building.
Between them, there will be a common balcony with glazed
roof.
Each apartment has a private balcony facing the main street,
for optimal light to shine into the living room.
The purpose of the common balcony is to enjoy time outside
with an extended view.
The entrance is placed in the back of the building in order to
make the facade more complete.
We designed an access balcony for functional aspect in order
to entrance easily every apartment.
Sustainability
The building will be constructed according to BR-2018 regulations.
The green area in the backyard will contain playground for the
children
and benches for the adults to meet and socialize. There will also be
trees and open bicycle stand.

  • 29. Overview Architecture The building facade will consist of red masonry with black windows, while the staircase and elevator shaft will have a finish of black eternity. It will have shed roof on top of two apartments which are situated on the left and right side of the building. Between them, there will be a common balcony with glazed roof. Each apartment has a private balcony facing the main street, for optimal light to shine into the living room. The purpose of the common balcony is to enjoy time outside with an extended view. The entrance is placed in the back of the building in order to make the facade more complete. We designed an access balcony for functional aspect in order to entrance easily every apartment. Sustainability The building will be constructed according to BR-2018 regulations. The green area in the backyard will contain playground for the children and benches for the adults to meet and socialize. There will also be trees and open bicycle stand. 29
