Subject Defined The College has launched a new Degree Completion program for those in the
psychology, nursing and respiratory therapy fields. The program essentially lets
potential students who already have a license/Associates degree go back to school
online while still working in order to earn their BSN.
Your Mission The mission of the program is to help educate those in the healthcare workforce
who wish to continue working with their Associates Degree while earning their
BSN. The mission of the SMP is to make those in the healthcare industry aware
of the ease, convenience, and perks of enrolling in the program.
Your Vision The vision of this plan is to grow our presence on social media and spread
awareness about the new program, so Newberry College will not only be known
as a great residential campus, but also one with opportunities for those who work
a full-time job and want to further their education.
Target Audience The target audience is those who have an Associates Degree, but are looking to
further their education and career opportunities by returning to earn their BSN.
Your Message Going back to schooland turning yourassociates degree or RN license is easier
and cheaperthan you think; you can do it while working, and going through
Newberry College is the best way to do it.
Strengths Defined • Personal communication, due to the fact that we are easy to communicate
with via email or phone

• Students may not have all the pre-reqs with their Associates Degree which
may complicate the situation
