2. The Academy Prosthetic Exam Preparation Seminar is a hands-on
practice exam program designed to help prepare Academy student and resident
members for the ABC prosthetic certification exams. The practice exam
focuses primarily on the clinical patient management exam. The written
and written simulation exams are covered as well.
In a day and a half, attendees go through exam simulations and review of all three
parts of the ABC prosthetic certification exam. It is a hands-on exam
simulation program including interaction with patient models and one-on-one
simulated exam sections.

5. The upper-extremity harnessing section was
great. To apply a harness to the examiner while that
examiner was also quizzing me on what I was doing was
so much better than studying from a book.
