Sales Associate
 Approach customers and initiate conversations to determine buying desires.
 Interrogate about buying experiences, specific item preferences and future purchases.
 Maintain constant presence on sales floor to direct any customer needs.
 Responsible in assisting customers with trying on different items, finding convenient sizes, and completing purchases.
Youni, Albany, NY
Marketing Intern September 2016 - Present
 Promote the new app on campus that consists of updating students with what ‘s new on our campus.
 The app’s point is to make sure students are posting pictures and integrating their organizations.
 Interns are in charge of informing students of different events and challenges in order to win different prizes.
 Use social media such as Facebook and Instagram to upload flyers with fun captions as a form to attract students.
Boys and Girls Club, Albany, NY October 2015 – January 2016
Group Coordinator
 Created a daily lesson planner to instruct students with new activities and different exercises.
 Dialogued with over 20 students in every class session about their day and weekend.
 Opportunity to express themselves due to the fact that many felt not to be heard at their homes.
 Ages from 5 to 11 were under my responsibility making sure they were all together and following instructions.

 In charge of greeting customers and responsible to answer any inquiries the customer had doubt of.
 Managed approximately 2000 dollars cash transactions and credit cards for every shift.
 Updated inventory every morning for every food product that was going to be placed on the counter.
 Responsible in learning each French pastry’s ingredients in order to inform the customer.

 Focused on serving and educating the community by cleaning, collaborating and giving a hand to those in need.
 Committed to help children and families from St. Anne’s Institute by sending them holiday cards and food.
 Assisted the AIDS and Cancer walk annually in collaboration with other members.
 Contributed to the Annual Pine Hill clean up making sure every street looked presentable.
Association of Latino Professionals for America ALPFA

 Arranged for rooms at the University and confirmed all reservations to ensure any changes were made on time.
 Enhance my professional skills by working with other E-board members in different programs.
 Staying in contact with our members and updating them with workshops and other events combine with the rest of the E-
board.
 Organize and contribute to events throughout the semester such as planning on what certain events will consist on.
