Office Lens allows you to take photos of whiteboards, automatically enhancing the text and formatting the image. To use this feature, open the Office Lens app and ensure it is set to "WHITEBOARD" mode. Take a photo of the whiteboard by pointing the camera at it and zooming in if needed. Once captured, the app will process the image to clarify the text and straighten it. You can then export the processed photo, along with a customized title, to various file formats and locations.

2. Once you open the Office Lens app make sure
it is on the “WHITEBOARD” setting.

3. Point the camera at the whiteboard
where the written words are located,
zoom in if necessary.

4. Once you take the photo, the app will automatically format,
make the text more clear, and straighten the photo.

5. You can even take a photo of the
board from the back of the room!
