Here is how to scan a printed document using Microsoft Lens:

Step 1 : Select the paper document you wish to scan.

Step 2 : Place the document you want to scan on a flat surface.

Step 3 : Open the Microsoft Lens App on your device.

Step 4 : Select the Document option at the bottom of your screen by using the slide bar.

Step 5 : Position your device so that it is parallel to the document and does not create shadows.

Step 6 : Align the orange highlighted box with the edges of your document by moving your device.

Step 7 : Press the white button at the bottom of your screen to capture and scan the image.

Step 8 : If you have additional pages to add to the document, select the icon.

Step 10 : Repeat steps 1-8 for the additional pages of the document.
