from Warehouse, also this is used for updating and closing the assign calls.
2) LENOVO SAP: This software contain case history of all cases or parts which are delivered to us
from Warehouse, also this is used for updating and closing the assign calls.
3) HP CSN (CHANNEL SERVICE NETWORK): This software contain case history of all cases or
parts which are delivered to us from Warehouse, also this is used for updating and closing the assign
calls.
4) GSVC (GLOBAL SERVICE CENTER) : This software contains several features:
1: UPDATE DC: This feature is used to update the DC (Delivery Challan) of calls which are assigning
to Engineer.
2: WARE HOUSE GATE PASS : This feature contain case history (Gate pass number.) Of all
materials which are dispatch from Ware house.
3:REPORTS : Under this feature certain reports to be find out such as part summary report,
warehouse return report, part on hold report, part awaited report, Tat report, part schedule report, part
assign report, part received (R TO D), parts dispatched reports.
5) CIRIMS (CALLCENTRE INTEGRATED REPAIR AND INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM) :
This software contains several featured.
1: MASTER: Authority of masters is only applicable to approved person (Request approval).
2: SERVICES: This tab contain several features like Defective handling request, IN/OUT Gate, Issue
return, Receive etc.
3: ANALYTICS: This tab contains Part Stock Report.
THIS CIRIMS SOFTWARE IS ALSO USED AS SCM (Supply chain management).
