phase is called Infant stage for the age of 0-2 yrs, and mortality should be
80-100%.This is the age when parents or other mature family member has to
take the special care .of infant. Any small or little bit carelessness should
become the reason of death of Infants.
B. 2nd
phase is called child stage for the age of 2-10yrs, and mortality should be
40-80%.This is the also age when parents or other mature family member
has to take the care of child. Child can leave for play under control.
C. 3rd
phase is called maturity stage for the age of 10-65yrs and Mortality
should be 0-20%.This is the age when human has free to do any thing
without control by anyone. Self control is required.
, Maturity stage is further divided in three stages that is
i. Teen Age (10-25 yrs)-self controlled is guided by parents or senior
family member.
ii. Young age (25-35yrs)-Self control is watched by senior member or
parents.
iii. Mature young age (35-65yrs)-no one watching the self control.

phase is called old maturity stage for the age of 65-80yrs, and mortality
should be 20-60%.This age needs supports.

phase is called old age stage for the age of 80-100yrs,and mortality
should be of 60-100%.This is the age when there is a really needs of

F. 6th
phase is called recovery age/cosmic age for the age of more than
100.This is the age when recovery takes place in human body.

nutrition, health and safety
4. Discipline (control)-It is feeling includes emotional development, psychological

5. Punctuality (Actuating)-It is like spiritual being includes values, beliefs,
spiritual study silence, meditation, self esteemed, inner power.

a. Satvik food-A type of foods, which keeps body cool. It is also result in
positivity of mind, It is also increases the age. The satvik food is - All fruits,
all vegetable, Milk and milk products, and all types of grains. Garlic, onion,
and all vegetable/FRUITS which is smelling is not comes under satvik food-
satvik foods gives the only +ve energy to the body, hence possibility of
illness should reduce.
b. Rajsik food-A types of foods which keeps body strong, bold to sustain the
the any responsibility and creates the hungry of
power.Mutton,chicken,masala, all fruits, vegetable, all types of grains is
comes under the rajsik food
c. Tamsik food-Tamsik food is the mixture of the above two kinds of foods.
10. a. Balanced dietary habits, a sweet breath, and sound sleep.
