4. Tell the person to take a deep breath, and as they let
it out, close their eyes.
5. Give them suggestions in soothing, steady & clear voice to relax their
muscles and be aware of their legs, stomach, chest, arms, head,
especially their back of the neck and shoulders should be relaxed. The
suggestion should be given with slower pace.
6. Give them positive affirmations to motivate them
and repeat step 4 and 5 for about 10 minutes.
7. If you're ready to wake them up, you should count to 5
and snap your finger on the fifth count.
8. Tips:
•The room should be probably dim, and no sound should be
coming out except for your voice.
•Your 'soothing voice' doesn't have to be monotone.
•It's really hard to hypnotize an unwilling subject.
•Do not try anything dangerous or else someone could get hurt.
9. Warnings:
•There is a possibility that the patient might fall down from
the chair.
•Do not use if the patient is sick or injured.
