1. ALL ABOUT REMEMBER AFRICA INTERNATIONAL, INC AND RA-NECOM
Remember Africa International, Inc is a US-501C3 International NGO with objectives to
Promote and Support Education, Healthcare, HI-TECH, Agriculture, Solar Energy and other
Durable Socio-Economic and Cultural Development Programs around the world..The
International Headquarters is located in 316 Westchester Ave. Port Chester, NY 10573.
Our African Headquarters is located at RUE CEPER (Officially Inaugurated in February 2013 by
HE the US Ambassador Robert P Jackson and our President/CEO Dr. Caroline HOTH
(http://yaounde.usembassy.gov/sp_022613.html) in Yaoundé-Cameroon with Authorization from
the Government of Cameroon by Decrees NO
00232/MINATD/DAP, MINFI-NO
178/14/APR/08, and MINPOSTEL-NO

of all people in Africa starting from Cameroon.
RA-NECOM is the HI-TECH Department of Remember Africa and did obtain a 1st
Category
Communication License (WISP-Wireless Internet Service Provider) from the Government of
Cameroon in December 2010 (MINPOSTEL-No
0000360/16/DEC/10) in order to deploy her 4G
(4th
Generation) Satellite Connectivity Platform of Communication across the entire African
Continent starting from Central Africa/Cameroon..
(I) RA-NECOM simply means Remember Africa New Communication and the main objectives
are to provide 100% SATELLITE INTERNET SERVICES and MOBILE VOIP CALLS to the
Africans/Cameroonians at the LOWEST PRICE..That is, all local CALLS are 40FCFA/min and
our INTERNET services at 7000FCFA/month.
RA-NECOM manufactures her own equipments and includes the 7.2, 10.2 and 14.0 inches
Laptops, IP Cameras , 4G TV Smart Phones with the Android platform and E-SAT system of
portability of numbers, 3G-7.2 High Speed Universal USB Modems, 4G-PC-Phone Tablets and
others..
RA-NECOM intends to provide employment to a minimum of 3000 Cameroonians into her
different departments through Remember Africa’s Free Professional Training and this is
implemented on an equal opportunity basis..That is, what can you do and not what Diploma do

2. The registration fee to become a Member/Partner of Remember Africa has been evolving since
after Remember Africa came to Cameroon and the present fee for individuals stands at
200,000FCFA.
Now, when you pay your 200,000FCFA to be a Member of Remember Africa what do you stand
to benefit??
(1)You can benefit from RA’s Free professional Training especially for those who are coming to
gain employment into one of the Departments..No matter the Diploma that anyone has, he/she is
obliged to go through the Free Professional Training of RA before gaining their employment.
The Free professional Training is divided into two phases and can last for up to 6-8 months
depending on the performance of your Promotion..Talking about the Promotion, we are already
at the 8th
Promotion and no one can promise you that there will be another Promotion in
Cameroon after this one.
The 1st
phase is the theoretical phase and the less demanding phase as the trainees are expected
to come for their seminars in our RUE CEPER African Headquarters once after every two
weeks..They trainees receives lectures on main course outlines such as Marketing and Sales,
Ethics, Hi-Tech, AGOA, Security, Organizational Operations and others and this phase is
evaluated at 30% of the overall training.
This phase ends with a written examination and an interview and the training language is
English.
The 2nd
phase which is the practical phase and evaluated at 70% of the overall training, is divided
into 2 stages..This phase kicks off immediately after the theoretical results of the 1st
phase are
proclaimed and it`s a very demanding phase as the trainees are expected to report to our RUE
CEPER African Headquarters everyday from Monday to Friday.
The 1st
stage of the practical phase is the Group stage wherein, trainees are grouped with others
and are expected to go to the field and promote all RA’s programs and opportunities
together..This is for them to gain the team spirit in order to be able to work together with
everyone in their future career in RA without discrimination of their sex, age or color.
The 2nd
stage of the practical phase is called the “New York Marathon” and during this stage,
trainees are separated from their Groups and are expected to continue their field work of
promoting all the Programs and opportunities of their Organization individually.
The practical phase ends with all the trainees putting together a thesis and defending their thesis
in a jury before Graduation.
Once the trainees Graduates and receive an International Diploma from Remember Africa
International, Inc, their employment is guaranteed into anyone of the almost 16 Departments by
simply signing a 5years renewable contract with RA.
The minimum monthly compensation is 250,000FCFA based on the performance.

3. (2)Our license permit us to operate for 99years meaning, we are here for a durable
purpose..There are two categories of people that are coming to get themselves registered in
Remember Africa and that is, those who are coming to benefit from the employment
opportunities and also those who are coming just to invest.
Those who are coming just to invest, the maturity period for their investment is 3years and after
which they will always receive their own share of the dividend of RA-NECOM at the end of
every Financial year and depending on the number of shares that they have… For individuals,
they can own shares right up to the tune of 10million FCFA and 30million FCFA for companies,
NGO`s and other Enterprises.
(3)As a Member of Remember Africa International, you will consume the products and services
at member price and this include even the buying of RA-NECOM shares which is 25,000FCFA
for members and 50,000FCFA for non members..Our Phones, Laptops, solar products, internet
services and all other operations have special prices for our members.
Even to become a distributor of any of our products/services, there are minimum deposits for
members which are different from those of non members.
(4)As a member, you can also sign Remember Africa’s non disclosure of information form even
if you are not interested to go through the Free Professional Training in order to be
employed..This form will give you the advantage to sign deals outside there in the name of the
Organization and end some benefits in terms of commissions and many more.
(II) RA-Elite-USA is the Solar Department of Remember Africa and do manufacture her own
products that includes the Solar Street Lamps (with charging pods for phones and laptops), Solar
Generators, Solar Refrigerators, Solar Ovens, Solar Chargers, Solar Table Lamps, Solar Bulbs
and more.
(III)AGOA: Remember Africa International, Inc. gave birth to The African Growth and
Opportunity Act (AGOA) legislation and did work together with other several NGOS’ that were
invited to the WHITE HOUSE on August 4, 1999 to demonstrate support to such a Historic
TRADE LEGISLATION.
In 1998 after Dr. Caroline HOTH took office as the President and Chief Executive Officer of
Remember Africa international, Inc, her very first major move was to work for the enactment
of the AGOA Bill which was eventually tabled in Congress and then voted under the US
Presidency of H.E Bill CLINTON and First Lady Hilary CLINTON.
AGOA then saw the light of day on 18th May 2000, thus ushering in a New Lease of Life in the
Americano-African Economic Relations on a win/win basis. The vision becomes more feasible
today with the implantation of the African Head Office of Remember Africa Inc. in
Africa/Cameroon through the fore sightedness and determination of its President and Chief
Executive Officer, Dr. Caroline HOTH. Cameroon, rightly considered as Africa in miniature in

4. terms of Human, Material and Natural endowments, will serve as a veritable springboard for the
fulfillment of the AGOA vision.
The U.S. Government intends that the largest possible numbers of Sub-Saharan African countries
are able to take advantage of AGOA and President Clinton did issue a proclamation on October
2, 2000 designating 34 countries in Sub-Saharan Africa as eligible for the trade benefits of
AGOA and up to date after several other proclamations from different US Presidents, we now
have 47 of the 48 Sub-Saharan African countries eligible for the trade and includes Cameroon.
(IV)RA Healthcare Department:
The RA Team of Researchers called Remember Africa Healing Healthcare Laboratory Research
Group (RA-2H.L.R.G) in their deep search for efficient healing from nature, has come up with
very powerful drugs for the public to take advantage of by treating themselves from many
diseases such as Cancer, Hypertension, Diabetes, HIV/AIDS, Venereal Diseases and STDs as
well as other conditions not mentioned here. Our Healthcare Department has already registered
some great results in Cameroon in many areas including the treatment of Cancer and Diabetes.
