MAJOR MANAGERIAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
 Generally improved managerial systems in Nsawo Church of Uganda Primary School
now with minimal conflicts.
 Generally improved on the school performance (Kyalugondo C/U P/S).
 Established a strong and direct working relationship between the school and the Ministry of
Education and Sports; Science and Information Technology Section.
 Establishes a computer Laboratory for Kyalugondo C/U P/S; hence making it an E-primary
school able to conduct projected lessons.
 Re-organized the school system and translated it into a functional one to benefit the children.
 Improved on good working/learning environment in the school.
 Developed a Five year School Development Plan 2010-2015.
 Negotiated with Mr. Mayega Moses Muyanja an old boy to kyalugondo C/U P/s and won his
financial support in effecting the FIVE YEAR SCHOOL DEVELOPMENT PLAN.
 Installed Hydro-electric power in the eight school class rooms and the offices.
 Trained the School Management Committee, PTA and Sub-Committees in healthy School
Management practices.
 Greatly improved on community relationship with other schools.
 Generally improved on the performance of Kakabala C/U P/S.
 Conducted several internal workshops for teachers in Kakabala C/U P/S; hence improved on
their service delivery.
 Implemented the principles and skills of education management strengthening Initiatives
module 3 and was awarded a certificate by the Ministry of Education and Sports.

 Successfully reduced on the Girl child drop out from school due to unwanted pregnancies
from six girls every year to zero. While at Kakabala C/U P/S in three years.
 Nationally and GLOBALLY excelled in the implementation of the PRESIDENTIAL
INITIATIVE ON AIDS STRATEGIES FOR COMMUNICATION TO THE youth
(PIASCY).
 Hosted the Director of US-Donor Funds to Africa at KAKABALA C/U P/S on BEHALF OF
UGANDA.
 Hosted the coordinator of US-Donor Funds to Africa on behalf of the Country at
KAKABALA C/U P/S.
 Established a child friendly environment for both the boy and girl child in schools I have
worked.
 Trained Headteachers and Teachers in PIASCY in LUWERO and NAKASEKE District
2003-2005 as trainer of trainees (TOT).
 Reunited the community/parents with Kikube C/U P/S.
