• Usual process of enrolling learner in LIS
✔ Prospective Adviser shall enroll (except SHS & Private Schools)
✔ Ensure Validity of Enrollment
✔ All learners who have confirmed enrollment and started
participate in any learning activities must be enrolled in LIS
• Update/create Individual Learner Profile based on the MLESF
• BoSY2021-2022 Facility will be available starting September 13,
2021 onwards

DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION MLESF PROCESS 22 • Previous Adviser contact former learners to facilitate MLESF submission (outgoing Kinder-G5, G7- G9 & G11 ) • Incoming Kinder, Grades 7 & 11 and other transferees shall coordinate & submit MLESF to Prospective School Accomplished MLESF • SEFP consolidate MLESF, prepare summary and distribute to Prospective Adviser • Prospective Adviser to assess completeness and accuracy of MLESF Summary Data of MLESF • LIS System Administrator review completeness and accuracy of MLESF Summary Data and then encode to LIS QC Facility • Update Summary Data in a Daily Basis from August 13 to Sept. 12, 2021 LIS Quick Count Facility Previous adviser is no longer required to facilitate submission of LESF of learner that is about to transfer another school regardless of grade level Previous and Prospective advisers in the same school is expected to work together in facilitating submission of MLESF

DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION LIS QUICK COUNT Use the MLESF Summary Matrix for encoding ▪ Access credential: System Admin/School Head Account ▪ Facility is accessible in Quick Count Tab ▪ Real Time /Daily Updating ▪ Monitoring Dashboard ✔ School Level ✔ Division Level ✔ Regional Level ✔ Central Office 25 The response for each question must be equal to the total number of learners. Note: ALS will use the same google sheet utilized last SY 2020-2021.
