11. Observation Summary:
● Equipment Room is used for checking out LHCOMM equipment.
● Equipment is stored in cases and bags on shelves.
● The ER’s schedule is Monday-Thursday 9am-10pm, Friday
9am-5pm, and Saturday/Sunday 10am-4pm.
● All majors in the RTVF department will have to take out equipment
while they study.
● The high traffic times are Morning checkouts and all day Saturdays.
● 1-4 people work in the ER at all times.

2. If Ryan had the app Halei he could have had the automated system approve the two email requests and could have
scheduled the drop off and pick up times so he was not overwhelmed.
