6. Ingested by mouth – food bacteria, dental decay &
chemicals are absorbed through the lining of our mouth,
stomach and intestines
Through the eyes – chemicals/bacteria on hands can be
rubbed in eyes, dust in the air can end up in eyes and

12. Eat most fruits separate from proteins (at
least one hour before eating protein and 2 hours
after)
Eat protein with non-starchy vegetables & try not to
combine protein and starch. The acidic and alkaline
conditions of each neutralize each other and
effectively stop all digestion so that none of the
enzymes can do their job, resulting in poor digestion,

good ventilation can help dilute airborne toxins and
make them less harmful. Air out your house often. I
recommend Honeywell &Whirlpool brands with
HEPA filtration/no ozone emitted.
Check the humidity level in your home – high
humidity over 50%, encourages biological agents
such as bacteria and viruses, house-dust mites, and

Humidity – not strictly speaking an air pollutant, but the amount of water vapor in the air can affect indoor air quality & pollution levels
Sugar – excessive intake leads to chronic diseases by creating inflammation, and acid/alkaline imbalance, shutting down the immune system for 6-8 hours & affects every organ in the body (Mercola, 2006) (Dufty, 1975)
Transfats - Consuming hydrogenated and partially hydrogenated fats found in commercial vegetable oils such as Canola, Corn, or Vegetable, have nothing beneficial to offer and can contribute to Cancer and Heart Disease (Enig, Know Your Fats, 2000) (Planck, 2006)
Refined food products - Additives such as genetically modified substances, food coloring, preservatives, sulfites, sodium nitrites, nitrates, hydrolyzed vegetable proteins, pesticides & MSG are unnatural toxic chemicals being put into our food that adversely affect the body by creating inflammation, suppressing the immune system & making it more susceptible to disease. (Trudeau, 2004) (Cutler, 2001)
Microwaving food, especially in plastic - There have been studies that show microwaving food changes the nutrient value and the cell structure of food and therefore affecting human cells. (Haas, Staying Healthy with Nutrition)
Irradiating food - alters the fatty acid content as well as creates agents such as formaldehyde and benzene, both cancer causing free radicals which set off chain reactions in the body that destroy antioxidants, tear apart cell membranes, and make the body more susceptible to cancer, diabetes, heart disease, liver damage, muscular breakdown, and other serious health problems. Commercial Dairy & Meat products - contain growth hormones & antibiotics. Dairy that has been pasteurized and homogenized has significant destructive effects on the body as pointed out by Ron Schmid, Thomas Levy, and Frank Oski, all of whom have written books on the topic. (Schmid, Levy, & Oski, 2003; 2001; 1996)
Mixing fruits with carbs is “ok” but best eaten alone. Exceptions are diabetics or people with blood sugar issues.. Or anyone with candida/yeast overgrowth seeking relief
