Dear HR dept. of new employer:
Josie Rivera worked with CareMore for more than 10yrs. Josie was the office manager for our behavioral
health department. In that position, she reported to me and managed the work and performance of five
employees and three offices. She also developed and taught 16 hour courses on de-escalating members.
These classes are known as Pro-Act classes which she taught once a month to employees around our CCC
locations. This included LA County, Orange County and other out of state offices. Josie was the only person
trained and certified to do this.
Josie is a bright and personable individual. She is highly self-motivated and well capable of achieving any goal
she sets her mind to. She learned new technologies promptly and applied them to her daily work. CareMore
employees soon perceived Josie as a valuable resource and looked to her for direction for behavioral health
documentation and questions.
Josie welcomes leadership opportunities and meets her deadlines on time.
Josie is an asset to any company that hires her. She will quickly prove that she is a leader and team player.
