To whom it may concern:
This is a letter of recommendation for Josephine “Josie” Holl.
A few years back I placed an ad through craigslist to see whether or not I could find someone
willing to help organize my office after moving here from Rochester. After calling several
applicants they disqualified themselves right at the start for lack of work I had to offer, then
came Josie.
Josie had this amazing resume that I completely felt once she had heard about the job she too
would disqualify herself as the other applicants did for lack of hours. I’m happy to say, Josie
didn’t, she was terrific, much to my surprise after I had explained the position over the phone,
she remained very opportunistic with me and we struck a deal.
After meeting Josie in person, I must admit, I became a bit skeptical from her initial appearance
that she was the woman I’d spoken to the previous day. Again Josie overcame my skepticism,
briefly explaining her abilities again and why she was there to help me. After a few days she
made huge head way with my filing system fiasco and accomplished the objective I had set
forth.
With the success of that, Josie was able to help me with some additional personal financial
organizing that I needed for a court proceeding. Much to my lawyers and my own surprise and
delight, Josie put together a legible sensitive financial system that helped immensely in my court
proceedings that followed.
If the business that I was in could support an office manager or bookkeeper, Josie has earned
that position hands down. Unfortunately my type of business is not feasible enough to support
her needs, my loss may be your gain. With that said, I’m confident that Josie would be an asset
