Letter of Recommendation
For the exchange student Joshua Allwright
Joshua undertook two of my units I teach in the study course ‘International
Project Engineering’:
1. BBA: Basics of Business Administration
2. PBC: Project Budgeting and Controlling
In both courses he scored above average which is a great achievement for an
exchange student.
I highly recommend Joshua Allwright in the field of project management. He
has especially proven his potential as a project manager during his exchange
semester aboard at Reutlingen University, Germany.
He participated in both courses in the semester project. During this projects
Joshua has also shown the characteristics of a great internarial project leader.
Excelling in the skills need to effectively lead different cultures from his own in
completing a group project in time and quality. This presented his excellent
ability to work in a team, be flexible in new environments and in his
communication skills. In both courses he ensured the full achievement of
project targets in a great way.
Joshua has furthermore shown he is a motivated and well organized individual
through his successful completion of a semester aboard in Germany but also
by his proactive nature in the choice to go aboard to develop his knowledge
and intercultural skills.
It is this demonstrable potential that makes Joshua an excellent candidate for
a project management position and it is also the reason why I strongly like to
recommend him for such a role.
