In last week's 4th workshop of XL Future Leaders, we discussed a lot about leadership styles.
There are many leadership styles, and most of the leadership style we have are shaped from our inner-child. However the situation and environment can also affects our leadership styles too. Being a leader also talks about the level of significance and influence that we give to the team members.

4. There are so many heavy responsibilities as a leader,
that sometimes we forgot to empathize and connect
with our members.
The shortcut is we lead through giving orders and
show them how it's done. Communicating only when it
is needed.
