“Leaders become great, not because of their power but because of their ability to empower others” - John Maxwell In last week's 4th workshop of XL Future Leaders, we discussed a lot about leadership styles. There are many leadership styles, and most of the leadership style we have are shaped from our inner-child. However the situation and environment can also affects our leadership styles too. Being a leader also talks about the level of significance and influence that we give to the team members. Shout to our appreciable facilitator Rizki Oceano, my Pecha Kucha team members Tengku Redita Zalzabilla Gidion Cahya Negara, and my Hiraku session partners Verenne Tanara Cindy Pregita Sandi Nuansa for making workshop 4 awesome as always! Here I want to discuss about one key competency that can distinguish between a good leader and a great leader :)
