I have had the pleasure of workingwithJosephPrimmfromJuly2003 to March 2006. Duringthistime,I
was hisimmediatesupervisorwhilehe ranthe preventativemaintenance,inspection, troubleshooting
and repairof variousMarine aviationsupportequipmentassets.
Some of the generatorsetsthathe has experience withinclude:Caterpillarturbo-diesel,Allis-Chalmers
turbo-diesel,Volvo-Pentaturbo-diesel,andJohnDeere.He alsohasa workingknowledge of HVAC
systems,andresidential level 120 Volt/60 Hz / 3 phase wiring.
Joe has beenincharge of inventorycontrol andpartsorderingforour maintenance effort.He is
proficientintroubleshootingrepairingturbodiesel engines,generatorsandlike equipment.He takes
directionwell andisalwayseagertoacceptadditional responsibilities.Joe isveryorganizedandpays
attentiontodetail.He takesownershipof all assignedtasksandensurescompletion.He possesses
outstandingleadershipqualitiesanditisimportantthathe receive responsibilityfromthe beginningas
thiswill reveal histrue value toyourorganization.
Joe’sloyaltyisunquestionable.He oftenvolunteeredfordutiesinwhichhe wouldhave otherwise been
exempt.He hasperformedhisdutieswithlittle tonosupervisioninaustere environmentsincluding
AfghanistanandIraq.Onnumerousoccasions,Joe volunteeredtotravel toForwardOperatingBasesto
repairgear.While inthose areas,he was requiredtomake decisionswithoutthe benefitof higherlevel
guidance andadvice.He didnot disappoint.
Joe isleavingthe Marine Corpsand movingonto a new stage in hislife.He haslefthismarkhere and I
