2. Introduction
The holy Trinity was a natural understanding of creation according to the Greek mind. The Greek
philosophy understood creation as a manifold nature corresponds with the ultimate power behind
the universe. Many of the Greek philosopher thought that mankind is the craft of the four basic
elements (dust, air, water and fire), however these elements don’t manifest themselves in the final
product named Man.

In the fourth century, an Egyptian priest named Arius questioned wether Lord
Jesus Christ is as eternal as God (Jehovah). He assumed that Jesus is just a man
elevated by the grace of Jehovah to the position of God. Arius claimed that Jesus
is the supreme creature of the creation of Jehovah, identically the same believe
like Jehovah witnesses. The misunderstanding of the position of Lord Jesus
relating to Jehovah pushed the church to devolve Aristotelian terminology to
explain the agency of the Son while maintains the same essence (Ousia ) with the
Father as well as the Holy Spirit, Emperor Constantine called for an ecumenical
council in Nicea in 325AC in order to formulate the Christian creed, practically
used till today in most of the churches. Church fathers continued to develop the
terminology of Trinity till the schism took place in Chalcedon in 451AC.

CHAPTERS IN THE ELEVENTH BOOK.
1. That the Holy Spirit is naturally of God, and in the Son, and through Him and in His Substance.
2. That His Spirit, that is, the Holy Spirit, is naturally in the Son and in His Substance, as He is also in the Substance of the Father.
3. That no man should consider that the Son has any lack of God-befitting glory, though He be found to say, "Father, glorify Thy Son."
4. That it will in no way damage the glory of the Son when He is said to have received aught from God the Father, since for this we can
assign a pious reason.
5. That the Son will not be excluded from being true God, even though He names God the Father "the only true God"
6. That the Son is not bare of God-befitting glory, even though He is found saying to the Father, "And now glorify Me with the glory which I
had," &c.
7. That the fact that something is said to have been given to the Son from the Father does not rob Him of God-befitting dignity; but He
plainly appears to be Consubstantial, and of the Father, even if He is said to receive aught.
8. That nothing which is spoken of as belonging to the Father will be excluded from the kingdom of the Son, for both alike rule over all.
9. That the dignity of Godhead is inherent in the Son; even though He is said to have received this from the Father, because of His humanity
and the form of His humiliation.
10. That the Christ is not holy from participation in anything different from Himself, and that the sanctification through the Spirit is not
alien to His Substance.
11. That the Son is naturally one with God His Father; and that He is in the Father and the Father in Him, according to the essential bond
and character of their Unity; and that likewise also we ourselves, when we receive faith in Him, are proved one with each other and with
God, both in a corporeal and in a spiritual sense.
12. That the Son is by nature one with God His Father, though He says that He received, as by way of grace, His being one with the Father. |

15. KAPITELER I ELFTEBOKEN.
from anledning.
