Associate Branch Director: Supervision of Membership, Aquatics, Healthy Living, and Health & Wellness.
Oversee daily operation of 14,000 member facility. Supervision of four professional staff, and responsible for
$3 million of the $6.2 operation budget.
Hamilton Area YMCA Hamilton, NJ 2011-2015
Director of Member Initiatives & Healthy Living: Responsible for hiring, training and development of 75 part-
time staff members, and 2 full-time staff members. Responsible for $2.4 million membership budget.
Program Development
- Chronic Disease Prevention Programming: Personally developed offerings of wellness programs for
individuals living with Chronic Disease; THRIVE (Cancer Wellness), Diabetes Prevention, ACT! (Youth
Weight Management), OneStep (MS), Cardiac Rehab Phase III & Healthy Ways (Adult Weight
Management)
- Worksite Wellness Partnership Program: Created programming and secured employer participation for
Worksite Wellness Programming that included on-site Group Exercise, Lunch & Learns, Employee
Wellness Challenges, and Virtual Membership Videos.
o Secured partnerships with multiple large employers
- Group Exercise: While overseeing Health & Wellness, introduced new programming to membership,
including Bokwa, Pound, Les Mills: Body Pump, Zumba Step, Zumba Tone and Laughter Yoga.
o Evaluated existing programming to ensure effective scheduling and distribution of Strength,
Mind/Body and Cardio programs.
- Member Experience: Developed new programs and promotions to increase new member joins, while
maintaining strong facility retention rate through constant member engagement opportunities.

National MS Society: March 2015
- OneStep Program: Strong, lasting partnership with the National MS Society: NJ Metro Chapter to
increase program awareness and value.
- Reached maximum program capacity of 36 participants within 1 year of program launch in March 2015.
- Expanded program to 4 other NJ YMCAs
Body Project: January 2016
- Body Project 8 Week Women’s Wellness & Lifestyle Program: Partnership with local fitness studio and
their “8 Week Body Project”, becoming the first satellite program offered by Body Project.
- Developed shared revenue agreement to ensure the best interest of both organizations.
- Reached program capacity in first session (25 participants).
2. The College of New Jersey: April 2016
- Internship Program: Established partnership with local college’s Health & Exercise Science department.
Internship designated to work with the Healthy & Wellness department, along with focus in the
maintenance of the Healthy Living Programs.
Catholic Charities
- New Citizenship Program: Established to provide opportunity for immigrants to attain their United States
citizenship.
- ESL program: Partnership enabled ESL program to be offered to the community at no cost.

Volunteerism & Fundraising
Hamilton Area YMCA: Annual Campaign Hamilton, NJ 2010-Current
- Steering Committee Member: Enhanced staff engagement, volunteer recruitment and annual giving for
the Hamilton Area YMCA Annual Fund.
- Community Partnership Development: Secured gifts ranging from $1,000 to $10,000 to help advance
the mission of the organization.
Special Olympics National Games Lawrenceville, NJ 2014
- Volunteer Sports Commissioner: Supervision of the 2014 Special Olympics National Games Baseball
Operations. Volunteer training and placement. Recruited 150 volunteers for statewide placement,
accumulating over 1,500 volunteer hours in 7-day span.
Mid Jersey Chamber of Commerce Hamilton, NJ 2013-Current
- Young Professionals Connective (YPC) Member: Active member of the MJCC YPC, as well as serving
on the YPC Non-Profit Committee. Contribute to event planning, and all fundraising efforts.
Robert Wood Johnson Hamilton, NJ 2015- Current
- Young Professionals Group (YPG) Member: Active member of the RWJ YPG. Chosen as one of thirty
‘young professionals’ to sit on committee and conduct four fundraisers annually to help support the
mission of the RWJ of Hamilton Hospital.
Hamilton Rotary Hamilton, NJ 2015-Current
- Hamilton Rotary Member: Attends weekly meetings and participates in quarterly community fundraising
events to support the mission of the Rotary.
Skills & Experience
Fundraising & Development: Strengths in creation of new programs to raise community and member awareness and
educate them on “why they should contribute” as volunteers, campaigners, and/or financial supporters. Experience in
acquiring Major Gifts to support program sustainability.
Business Acquisition & Retention: Supervision of membership base of 14,000 individuals, while maintaining at least a
63% retention rate (13-mo) from 2010-2016 for facility membership.
Communication: Began Staff Ambassador Committee for part time staff members to communicate messages about
