WORK EXPERIENCE
Analyst in Traffic and Foreign Trade.
Coordination in customs import process of different kinds of material such as chemical
materials, textiles, steel and material considered as “consumable” in production line for
automotive industry most of them from Germany, Italy, United States, Spain, Switzerland;
Export process mostly in spare parts to Germany; Elaboration of commercial documents for both
process (import and export); Elaborations of letters of instructions for customs process and
international transport; Monitoring the local and international transport, Supporting in control
and good administration of the IMMEX program, PROSEC and Certification in VAT & IEPS;
Presenting in time all the compliance obligation acquired by the previous programs as well in
different procedures with the authority (SAT and Ministry of Economy). I was responsible for the
legal compliance acquired as a company who imports certain goods that are covered by Mexican
Anti Money-Laundering Law and Registry Vehicular; I have experience in the legal field
concerning the change in customs law and foreign trade. Review accounts customs expenses
and bills of logistics services and its respective application for payment, reconciliation of the
account PECA and GLOSA Data Stage of foreign trade. I just like to mention some achievements
that I considered were importing during my time in this position, as the develop of letters of
consumption incorporate in material for export in this way we can reduced the temporary stock
of material import as temporary; development diagrams descriptions and conducted activities;
and cost reduction in logistics services represent a considerable saving inputs to the business.
