To Whom It May Concern:
Jordyn Fani was in my employ for approximately two years. During that time I found her to be very
professional, bright, and creative. Jordyn has the unique ability of coming up with fresh solutions to
dilemmas. She is an excellent team member but also takes initiative to tackle independent tasks as well.
One of Jordyn’s greatest strengths is her compassion for others. She strives to make everyone around her
feel respected and comfortable sharing their opinions even if they disagree with her. Her creative talents
have no bounds. She consistently came up with new ways of presenting regulations to our customers in
ways that were informative and engaging, which is a difficult task when presenting material that is very dry.
Another strength Jordyn has is her thirst for knowledge. She is always open to learning and many times
takes initiative to research ideas or new methods on her own. She consistently shares what she has learned
with others in order to foster the team atmosphere and increase the team’s performance.
In short, Jordyn would be a tremendous asset to any organization. I would highly recommend her for any
company that is looking for an innovative, effective and productive employee.
