Script for my short film

1. Script
Two girls walkingthrough the woodstogether laughing.
Jasmine: We’regoing to the shopsafter this right?
Willow:Yeah that’s why we brought our purses?!
Jasmine: Oh yeah (both start laughing) oh my god there was this
really annoyingcustomer at work the other day…
Willow:Oh really? What now, did you have another weirdo asking
about where to find logs in Tesco’s? (laughing)
Jasmine: No! Butthis woman wanted to know…
Jasminefreezes as a person in a black balaclava slowly comes out
from behind a nearby tree with a knifein their hand.
Jasmine: Oh my god
Mugger:Stay quiet and give me your phoneand your pursenow, or
someonegets hurt
Willow:What? What’s going on?
Mugger:GIVE ME YOUR PHONE AND YOUR PURSE NOW (shouting)
The mugger looks from Jasmineto Willow. Willow gives over her
phoneand her purseto the mugger shakily and quickly. The mugger
then looks at Jasmine.
Mugger:Now you
Jasmine: No
Willow:What? Jasminewhat are you doingjust give it to them, they
have a knife for god sake (shouting)
Jasmine: Why should I? These are mineand they can’t take them
away from me by tryingto threaten me with a knife?

2. Mugger:Giveit to me now, or I’ll use this (pointsthe knifeat them
both violently)
The mugger is getting very angry now and is wavingaround the knife
closer to the girls.
Willow:(Screaming) Please Jasminejust give them what they want
it’s just a purseand a phoneyou can get new ones!
Jasmine: No! No I’m not!
The girls break out in an argumentand are shouting and screaming
with Willow fighting Jasmineto give the mugger what they want. The
mugger is shoutingand slashing his knifearound very closeto
Jasmine.
Suddenly themugger lurchesforward and you hear a large gasp and
it all goes quiet. Jasmine dropsher purseand her phone and looks
shocked. The mugger runsoff with the girl’s belongings.
Willow:Jasmine? Jasmine, what’s happened? Areyou ok?
The camera looksdown from Jasmine’sface to see Jasminehas been
stabbed in the stomach. Jasmine falls to the ground holdingher
stomach lookingin pain and shock. WhileWillow holdsher on the
floor.
Willow:Oh my god Jasminestay awake! I’m gonnacall an ambulance
just stay awake, Jasmine open your eyes!No open your eyes!
(shouting)
The camera showsa close up of Jasminebeing shaken by Willow and
Jasmine’seyes slowly closing.
