2. Create a new black & white adjustment layer
3. Create on top a new layer filled with the #005375 color
4. Change the blending mode for that layer to Multiply
In Google Slides:
1. Insert the picture into the slide
2. Go to Format options and, in the Recolor tab, choose a
black & white filter
3. Create a rectangle with the same size as the picture
and color it with #005375
4. Place that rectangle on top of the picture and then
adjust the transparency until you’re happy with the
result
