I am very results driven and love having a
challenge to succeed at.

Eames has allowed me to develop my own
business within a business. Management
are very open to hear about any ideas to
grow the business, my own personal desk
and my own niche.
WHAT DO YOU THINK IT TAKES TO BE
SUCCESSFUL AT EAMES?
Commitment, dedication and hard work.
You have to take the emotion out and not
focus too much on the highs and lows.
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE THE
CULTURE AT EAMES?
Friendly, fun and hard working. There is a
lot of success in the business and a lot of
the consultants are doing well.

BECAUSE...?
It’s a great platform to succeed and earn
money. People are very friendly and there
are a lot of social events.
David started his career working in two top tier banks which allowed him to develop a detailed
understanding of the compliance and banking market before joining Eames Consulting Group in
2014. As a Managing Consultant in our Compliance division, David has found success placing
mid-senior level professionals in the London compliance and banking market.
