CV. Prima Jaya Media yang merupakan industri yang bergerak dalam
pembuatan buku tulis, LKS, dan surat kabar memiliki sebuah mesin cetak
untuk melakukan pencetakan. Namun penjadwalan pada industry ini kurang
baik sehingga perlu adanya penjadwalan yang dapat digunakan dengan metode
sequencing yaitu metode pengurutan yang memberikan informasi mengenai
kegiatan atau pekerjaan mana yang terlebih dahulu difokuskan pada proses
produksi. Metode sequencing terdiri dari beberapa metode yaitu First-Come-
First-Served (FCFS), Earliest Due Dates (EDD), Shortest Processing Time
(SPT) dan metode yang terakhir yaitu Longest Processing Time (LPT).

Profil Industri
Industri Rumah Tangga Bernama Lautan Kue berada di Perumahan Puri
Mojayan Asri No.17, Mojayan, Kecamatan Klaten Tengah, Klaten. Inudstri
Rumah Tangga ini bergerak di bidang makanan yaitu roti dan kue. Terdapat
banyak jenis roti dan kue yang diproduksi oleh Lautan Kue seperti roti
mandarin, roti gulung, roti zebra, roti marmer, roti meises, roti keju, bolu
kacang, dan masih banyak lagi. Setiap harinya roti di pasarkan ke toko –
toko yang lebih besar. Pada Lautan Kue, roti yang paling banyak diminati
oleh masyarakat Klaten adalah roti gulung

Berdasarkan dari data diatas dilakukan uji stasioneritas dimana berdasarkan perhitungan dengan
menggunakan bantuan software Minitab diperoleh hasil bahwasannya nilai rounded value sebesar 4.00.

Peramalan Model ARIMA
Perhitungan MAPE Hasil Peramalan ARIMA Model 210 Perhitungan MAPE Hasil Peramalan ARIMA Model 110
Berdasarkan dari data diatas dapat diketahui nilai
peramalan permintaan yang dapat terjadi pada 4 bulan
kedepan yaitu berturut-turut 967,5; 814,7; 1005,5; dan
1011,6 dimana dengan. Perhitungan dengan bantuan
Excel dapat diketahui nilai MAPE (Mean Absolute
Percentage Error) yaitu 19,1%
Berdasarkan dari data diatas dapat diketahui nilai
peramalam permintaan yang dapat terjadi pada 4
bulan kedepan yaitu berturut-turut 871,8; 969,9; 929,5;
dan 982,1 dimana dengan Perhitungan dengan
bantuan Excel dapat diketahui nilai MAPE (Mean
Absolute Percentage Error) yaitu 17,9%

Kesimpulan
Metode yang tepat yang digunakan untuk melakukan peramalan
permintaan terhadap industry Rumah Tangga Lautan Kue yaitu
dengan menggunakan metode Double Smoothing Exponential
yang memiliki nilai %MAPE terkecil yaitu 9,16% sehingga
disimpulkan bahwa metode ini metode yang tepat dan paling
optimal.

Dari hasil output Lindo maka
disusun table penjadwalan produksi,
setelah itu dilakukan pengecekan
jumlah produksi dengan permintaan.
Dan menghasilkan nilai yang
optimal jumlah produksi dengan
jumlah permintaan.

Kesimpulan
1. Dapat diketahui jumlah roti gulung yang harus produksi untuk memenuhi
permintaan periode 1 hingga periode 4 secara berturut – turut sebanyak 1200
kg, 900 kg, 200 kg, dan 903 kg.
2. Dapat diketahui jumlah roti gulung sebagai inventory pada periode 1, periode
2, dan periode 3 sebanyak 379 kg, 530 kg, dan 0 kg.
3. Dapat diketahui biaya produksi paling optimal sebesar Rp192.695.000.
