Enhanced IT-Services portfolio for tailored end-to-end service
The enhanced IT services portfolio is designed to deliver an even more tailored and individual
service. To support the Paper-to-Digital-to-Smart megatrends, the new offering focuses on 5
distinct offerings; called 5 Services Lines.
The offerings are designed to providing on premise, remote and cloud based services across
GCC with the ability to support UAE businesses operations across multiple countries. To help
you easily allocate costs, Pixel offers new business models, based on employee tailored
laptops and mobility and for example billing on a per-seat basis, fully managed and serviced
around its new business models.
You can basically hand over your entire multi-brand output platform to Pixel tomorrow to
manage, and we will immediately implement a ROI based management and reporting

For specific interest for our larger clients, Pixel adheres to the newest IT Lifecycle Services
under ITIL and Prince 2 in order to deliver projects consistently and on budget and on time, so

To advance this shift, Pixel invested significantly in its capability matrix and associated
infrastructure, underscoring the company's commitment to its continued partnership with its
clients, helping them to grow their bottom line through effective document management,
improved workflow and increased productivity in the new business models.
Data Driven Business Intelligence leading to Business Agility
To ensure that current paper based budgets are constantly managed and actively
benchmarked against ROI, Pixel has developed its cloud technologies automating spending
and management of this area, allowing funds to be transferred to invest in the Digital and
Smart areas.
One reason why things are changing and you need to change too, is that Pixel as an online
firm can automate the process of RFP and rightsizing, in other words checking that the
