• > Suggestion: understand what motivates our FSDE’s, give them regular targets to
achieve.
• N is for ‘Needs’ to ensure our FSDE’s and team have all they need to do a good
job for our clients!
• > Suggestion: IT issues dealt with more efficiently, better processes (accreditation,
pay, bonuses etc)
