I had the distinct pleasure of working with John as a business specialist with the People Centric
Consulting Group. He brought the Vision Clinic fresh insight to the strategic planning of our
core policies and procedures. Through his insights, he was able to clearly look at the facts of our
operations while pairing it with the reality of perspective from staff and owners. This vantage
point brought great success to the logistics of our company as well as increasing morale among
staff. I continued to have this distinct pleasure in seeing John implement his management style
and practices at Hotel Vandivort as their Front­of­House Manager where he successfully
