3. ACTIVITY:
The Quadri-Learning Station
Students will be divided into six groups.
The groups will be named after each kind of
quadrilaterals namely: Parallelogram(1),
Rectangle(2), Trapezoid(3), Rhombus(4),
Square(5), and Kite(6). Each group shall be a
given learning sheets where they will write their
answers. Five minutes will be the allotted time
to see and observe each station. After fifteen
minutes, a four-minute time will be allotted to
sum up each group’s work/learning sheets.
7. Kind Figure Definition
Quadrilateral - four-sided polygon
Parallelogram -quadrilateral with two pairs of
parallel sides
Rectangle -quadrilateral with two pairs of
parallel sides and four right angles
Rhombus -quadrilateral with two pairs of
parallel sides and four congruent
sides
Square -quadrilateral with two pairs of parallel
sides, four right angles and four
congruent sides
Kite -quadrilateral with no pair of parallel
sides but has two distint pairs of
congruent and adjacent sides
17. Identify whether the following quadrilaterals are
parallelograms or not. Put a check mark ()
under the appropriate column and answer the
questions that follow.
