Re: Letter of Recommendation for Johanne Grattan
Before retiring in January, 2015, I had the opportunity to work closely with Johanne in both the Avide
Develpments and Co-op Energy divisions of Co-op Atlantic.
Johanne regularly made my job easier by taking on full responsibility for important projects in a
professional and thorough manner. Johanne is an excellent communicator and negotiator
understanding and demonstrating that both parties need to win in a successful deal. She always keeps
good documentation to ensure that any issues are dealt with firmly and fairly. Johanne always puts the
customer first and is good at putting herself in the customers’ shoes in order to understand and create
acceptable customer solutions. Johanne will work day in and out without supervision and report results
as requested.
If I was in the situation to do so, I would definitely hire Johanne. She would be an excellent addition to
any high performing team.
