subconsultants, and team members with respect to other design tasks, permits, and schedule. The
construction cost is $3.2 million.
• Delaware Department of Transportation, Statewide Bridge Design Services 2010 - Bridge 1-
393 Rehabilitation, Various Locations, Delaware. Roadway task leader for rehabilitation of Bridge
1-393 over the Appoquinimink River. Efforts include the preparation of plans, specifications, and
estimates associated with the scour repairs of a bridge over a tidal river in Odessa, Delaware.
• Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, District 4-0, Wayne County Bridge Replacement
Group SR 3015 SEC 670, SR 3024 SEC 671, Pennsylvania. Civil task leader responsible for the
preliminary and final design tasks including preparation of preliminary roadway construction plans,
final roadway construction plans, specifications, engineer's estimate, cross sections, erosion and
sedimentation control plans, and traffic control plans for the replacement of bridges on Finn Swamp
Road and Old Tannery Roads. The winning bid for construction of the 3015 bridge was $527,000,
and the winning bid for the redecking and rehabilitation of the 3024 bridge was $284,000.
• Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, District 8-0, I-83 Overpasses, York County,
Pennsylvania. Responsible for overseeing the development of a feasibility study, preliminary plans,
final plans, specifications, engineer's cost estimate, cross sections, traffic control plans, hydrology
and hydraulics report, and bid documents for the replacement of bridges carrying Sherman Street
and Eberts Lane over I-83 and Mill Creek. The bid documents included design-build plans,
specifications, and estimate for Sherman Street and bid-build plans, specifications, and estimate for
Eberts Lane. The winning bid for construction was $8.9 million.
• Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, District 5-0, SR 422 Section 16B, SR 422 Section
17B, SR 3039 Section 1B, SR 422 Section 1B, Berks County, Pennsylvania. Responsible for the
development of design-build plans, specifications, and engineer's estimate for two bid packages for
the rehabilitation of a total of four bridges. Efforts included the review of contractor design submittals.
The winning bids for construction totaled $2.34 million.
• Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, District 6-0, SR 1058 Section HAT, Franconia and
Hatfield Townships, Pennsylvania. Project engineer responsible for preliminary engineering efforts
including the development of traffic signal permit and traffic signal construction plans for the
proposed connector road between SR 309 and I-476.
• Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, District 6-0, SR 1012 BCG, Franconia Township,
Pennsylvania. Project manager responsible for the oversight of preliminary engineering efforts
including the development of traffic signal plans, line and grade, cross-sections, and pavement
marking and signing plans for the intersection realignment of Godshall and Cowpath Roads.
• Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, District 6-0, SR 611, Section Q66, Warrington
Township, Pennsylvania. Project engineer responsible for the development of preliminary and final
traffic signal construction plans, traffic signal permit plans, traffic signal interconnect plans, operation
and feasibility reports, specifications, and estimates for the interconnection of the traffic signals at 13
intersections on the Easton Road Corridor. The estimated cost of construction is $690,000.

County, Pennsylvania. Realignment of the "dog-legged" intersection of North Wales Road with SR
2001 (Morris Road). Tasks included pavement design, right-of-way acquisition plans, roadway
geometry, drainage design, traffic signal design, and pavement marking and signing plans.
• Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, District 6-0, SR 2069, Lower Makefield Township,
Pennsylvania. Widening and realignment of 1 mile of Pennsylvania State Highway to accommodate
wider lanes, wider shoulders, and left turn lanes. Tasks included right-of-way acquisition plans,
roadway geometry, and drainage design.
