Customer Success
Manager (CSM)
Overall coordinator of team resources and owns the customer’s holistic
experience and general point of contact for the client
We will align the CSM selection (as close as possible)
to the clients' specific region. Business hours will run
8:00 am - 5:00 pm for all regions.
Technical Account
Manager (TAM)
Provides technical consulting and oversight of upgrades, support
incidents, and assigned support team members
Business Hours depending on the location of the TAM
Systems Support Helps to monitor Azure environments and is familiar with 3E 24/7
Application Support
Team
Support team members experts on cloud. Provide triage on support
cases, if needed they refer cases to subject matter experts, work shifts to
provide 24/7 coverage: familiar with (internal and external) integrations
24/7
Solution Architect
Technical service resource to support customizations including Template
customizations. Responsible for triaging application related issues
identified to be caused by a customization.

Trainer Provides personalized training for your firm by a certified 3E expert
Up to 40 hours of personalized instruction

4. Working closely with Clyde & Co along with your dedicated Technical Account Manager (TAM) and
other internal teams to support you from onboarding and throughout your entire journey
Working in partnership with our Service Delivery teams & Clyde & Co to ensure successful
implementation and adoption of our Elite Cloud solutions
Proactive outreach during implementation & throughout the customer lifecycle
Deliver quarterly customer satisfaction surveys
Communicates solution webinars, educational training paths, upgrade release calendar
& informational announcements
Lead regular meetings with Clyde & Co to understand your business requirements and
challenges, to monitor and track your success in helping Clyde & Co achieve your goals through
the effective use of the Elite solutions
Document goals and success through Customer Success Plans
Build, maintain and leverage strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to build trust and
confidence, deepen relationships and ensure high-quality customer experience
