Xarxes Socials Curs Formació. 
 
Introducció 
 
 
A veure si et sona: És meravellós estar en xarxes socials, inclos sortir al Google My 
Business. (​https://www.google.es/intl/es/business/)  
Aquesta sensació de satisfacció quan entres a Google i veus al marge dret la teva 
empresa, amb les seves fotos, ubicació i horaris. Ens omple de satisfacció veure els 
resultats amb el nostre nom de marca en els resultats de cerca. I amb això ¿ja està 
tot fet? 
 
 
La pèrdua de clients per la falta d'actualització 
Vaig trucar a un restaurant que vaig trobar per internet, contestador. Deixo missatge…, 
després  vaig pensar. A veure si estarà tancat? Vaig entrar a Google My business i 
efectivament posava tancat. Però lo sorprenent és que al cap de 10 minuts em van trucar 
dient que sí que podia reservar i tenien taula. Els hi vaig comentar que ja havia reservat i 
que havien d’actualitzar el My Business. Van perdre 10 clients. Així de fàcil és perdre una 
taula de 10 persones. 
 
Hi ha una separació molt gran offline i online. Es perden molts diners per no actualitzar les 
xarxes socials. 
 
I les conseqüències? 
 
➔ Pèrdua de credibilitat. 
➔ Pèrdues econòmiques (exemple) 
➔ Mala imatge de la marca en concret. 
 
 
S’ha de ser conseqüent amb els serveis que ofereixes online. Només estar no serveis de 
res. 
Aparentar en aquest cas no tindrà sentit. Hi hem d’estar i ser­hi.

s’explicaran totes les​ xarxes socials per empresa​ des de zero.

❖ Exposar la teva marca a internet, tan necessari avui dia. 
❖ Donar a conèixer la teva marca enllaçant a la teva web  
❖ Posicionar la teva marca (Seo) sobretot amb Youtube i Twitter. 
❖ Tenir la teva marca actualitzada  per donar serietat i tenir els usuaris satisfets.

2. Youtube, Google+. Com aconseguir enllaços cap a la nostra web potents pel 
posicionament. Com sortir a les primeres posicons amb Youtube. (2on dia) 
 
2.1 Configuració canal Youtube. Pujar un video i com fer­ho correctament. Seo video. 
2.2 Configuració Google+ 
2.3 Configuració Google My Business. 
 
3­ Twitter i Pinterest. Configuració i optimització. (3r dia) 
 
3.1 Configuració Twitter i com tenir més seguidors. 
3.2 Configuració Pinterest. Dofolow cap a la teva web. 
 
 
4­ El què no saps de les xarxes socials per tenir més èxit. Casos d’èxit. (4rt dia)
