1 Most shops are not willing people take photo.
2 Each shop uses different background music.
3 Celling are very high
4 Customer service counter was busy even after
  8 pm
5 Besides baby car, wheelchairs are also provide
6 The whole shopping center
  are not crowed
7 Shops have ample space
  with cash register located at
  the center are always easy
  to access
In a book store

Book store typically plays classic
music
They provide very bright space by
using Fluorescent lamp
I saw dictionaries are sold at
discount price, this is unusual, these
days people are leaving from
dictionary they use online tools
They exhibit calendars and diary
are exhibited out side of the store
to draw attention of customers
Features of an import foods shop

Goods are exhibit outside, make it easy to
access.
Using exotic music
Provide free food samples
shop assistant doesn’t contact customers, let
then feel free
Using a post of France wine
to drawing people.

Another food shop has a smell
of green tea, make people
enter unconsciously
Features of a bag store
The light is soft.
There is only one shop assistant, rarely contact
customer, because no a customer will make a
decision of purchasing an expensive bag in short
time
Products are display by function, and size.
A product that everyone
could notice is this, it says
it is designed for carrying
iPad with a soft case inside.
In a sundry shop

Only 2 days after halloween, the items for
halloween party are for “sales” near the cash
register!
Another book shop

When I decided to see another bookshop on my
way home, find it has closed just a week ago,
people don’t buy book now!
The most important thing I found is,

The next day, I found that I become paying
attention to everything around me, looking in a
Multilateral perspective, trying to find every
feature, thinking why.
