Projects:
Grafton Crossing (Auckland, NZ) 52M USD
Construct a seven level student accommodation in Auckland, New Zealand which has 395
rooms in total. The building is constructed from a combination of pre-fabricated module
units and traditional precast concrete slabs. Each modular unit is made up of a structural
steel shell and frame and is fully fitted in China with New Zealand compliant finishes,
equipment, and electrical and plumbing systems. Assembly on-site by the New Zealand
based contractor includes erecting modules, connecting services, installing fire separation
between modules. Six prototypes were manufactured and inspected by Auckland city council
and consultants. The feedback is at satisfactory level in terms of quality and compliance.
Dugald River Villa (Townsville, Queensland) 17M USD
Supply and deliver 204 modularized mining accommodation units for a mining site in
Townsville Queensland. The accommodation units were pre-fabricated with steel frame and
covers, and fitted out in China with Australian standard complied electrical, plumbing, finish,
and appliance. Thorough consideration ensured only 0.001% overall damage during transit.

2. The Right Size (Auckland, New Zealand)
Design, supply and deliver 500 two bedroom houses in and around Auckland through an
efficient and environment enhancing way-flat pack. Flat pack floor, ceiling and wall panels
are manufactured in China, assembled on site with minimum interruption of existing houses.
Northern Territory Secure Facilities (Darwin, NT) 4M USD
Fabrication and delivery of 1100 tons of structural steel modularized offshore in Chinese
factory for a Secure Facilities consist of 800 multi classification men’s and women’s prison.
Positive feedback received on site regarding material, general consensus was that the quality
was superior to locally supplied content.
Arthurs Supply Pipeline (Tasmania) 2.59M USD
Manufacture and delivery of 415 Φ800-Φ900 MSCL pipes with 3LPE and inorganic silicon
coating for conveying irrigation water from Arthurs Lake to a hydroelectric power plant.
