As a Sales Representative Leewood Villages, as well as my experience as a top-producing member of the Jenny
Albaz Real Estate Team, my work history has provided me with an opportunity to dive into the residential real
estate market at a very rapid pace. Being on such a successful team gave me the opportunity to speak with
countless clients, which has immensely strengthened my sales, marketing, and communication skills. These
qualities have made the transition into new construction sales very easy as I am able to translate them to my new
clients. In a field where 58% percent of all realtors are females with a median a ge of 58 years old, I was able to
establish myself in my market, by demonstrating strongsales ability and work ethic in order to earn the trust of my
clients. Whether it is traditional residential sales or new construction, I work side by side with my cli ent while
simultaneously communicating with mortgage lenders, investors, title companies, inspectors, and all parties
involved in the transaction in order to providea friendly and efficient sales process. I pride myself on my ability to
