Case Iittala
Challenge
Iittala—a Finnish design brand
specializing in design objects,

looking for experts in store
development to help them with an
innovative approach to rolling out
“shop in shops" worldwide.
Solution
Caliber helped Iittala achieve end-
to-end visibility throughout the
store development supply chain.
Caliber's systems provided a direct
link for forecasting and demand
planning, limiting the risk of dead
stock and improving delivery and
installation performance. New and
existing Iittala partners were linked
to Caliber's ordering system, giving
them access to up-to-date
information on pricing and stock
availability.
Results
With Caliber's help, Iittala realized
a significant reduction in their
overall investment, increased
speed to market and improved
service performance for their
partners.

data and supplier base.
Results
With Caliber's help, Subway
developed all processes to open
