procedure for the client’s reservation cancelation: if they cancel their reservation a month
before the arrival time, we refund their money 100%, if they cancel their reservation less than a
month before the arrival time, we charge only 10%, if they cancel their reservation a week
before the arrival time we charge 20%. Please disregard any disintegrated pronunciation to
your mind caused of our policy; we will not disappoint you as our respective agencies.
Agreements: In regard to support our mutual relationship, we suggest all agreements with
endorsements & signatures between our firms as a joint business procedure, this agreement
