- Welcome to TOA Technologies Employee Self Service System, TOA’s online data warehouse for human resource information. It is where you can go to check vacation accruals, request and record time off, check pay information and make changes in your records like tax exemptions or change of address. Because this is a one-stop shop, it is fast, easy and convenient. With the launch of this system we are eliminating Replicon.
- To begin, go to https://toa.prod09.nuviewhr.com. You may wish to add this address to your favorites for easy access or create a shortcut on your desk-top.
- Begin by launching Employee Self Service and logging in with your unique credentials.
- Now you’ve entered Employee Self Service. Here you will find the company dashboard, which includes your current benefit plans, frequently used HR forms, TOA’s mission and a quick reference to your current benefit documents in this centralized location. From here you may access Employee Self Service by clicking on the icon in the upper left hand corner of the screen. To assist with initial navigations, support is offered via the 800 number and email listed within this dashboard.
- From here you will find on the left side of the screen the company short cuts. The first icon will take you quickly to your personal profile. Here you’ll find everything you need to know about your demographic and employment information. You will be able to make changes to address, benefits and employment history here.
- The icon below the personal tab will take you to your task list. Here you’ll find a list of pending items in need of approval.
- The final icon on the left will simply bring you back to TOA Technologies “Resource Central” HR home page.
- Now that you’ve seen a quick look at the links, let’s take a look at the main features of Employee Self Service.
- In the middle of the page you will find the pay icon. This is where you can manage your time and attendance.
- You can also view your vacation balance here and check to see how much time you have accrued.
- Drill down to find a detailed vacation report. Coming soon you will be able to request time off as well as check your personal pay stub information and W-2s here.
- Financial information is also located within this pay area. Here you will find a link to our 401k through Plan Destination, as well as review your benefit set up.
- You may also apply for tuition reimbursement for any educational costs here. This pay area has all of your financial information at your fingertips.
- The next icon is a link to your personal information. Same as the shortcut, this link will provide a snapshot of your personal profile including your work history with us, and your demographic information. You may also see everything in this area, but the security built into the application will limit what your manager sees.
- Again, you may also review your benefit set up here and make any changes that are necessary.
- And finally this section also has the ability to attach any documents, like certifications or awards, to your employee record.
- The third icon in the middle of the page takes you to TOA Technologies company information. Here you will find the company calendar detailing the company holiday schedules and any other important company events.
- Looking for employee contact information? You’ll find it here under the company directory. You’ll also find important company documents like the employee company handbook in this one convenient place.
- Now you’ve seen Employee Self Service and all it has to offer. Now let’s take some time and update your personal profile. Remember you can launch the second icon in the center of the screen or go to the personal short cut on the left side of the screen. Take a moment to review your name, address, and all other information associated with your profile and ensure accuracy of the data.
- Once you’ve completed your profile review you can navigate back to the Employee Self Service home page by clicking on the “Back to Resource Central”
- Then click the Employee Self Service in the upper left hand corner of your screen.
- Continue to navigate around Employee Self Service. When ready to log out, simply click the log out button in the top left hand corner of the employee self service resource central home page screen.
